Problem

Client's site was built in 2016 — not mobile-friendly, visually dated, and losing enquiries to competitors with more credible-looking sites. No way to update content without a developer.

Approach

Full redesign on WordPress with a mobile-first layout. Rebuilt all pages cleanly, optimised images, set up a content structure the client could manage themselves going forward.

Result

Mobile traffic up 64% in the first 60 days. Bounce rate dropped noticeably and the client reported more inbound enquiries within the first month of launch.

Problem

WooCommerce store had a high cart abandonment rate. Checkout was 5 steps, product pages were cluttered, and on mobile the experience was nearly unusable.

Approach

Audited the full purchase flow on both desktop and mobile. Redesigned product pages for clarity, cut checkout down to 2 steps, and rebuilt mobile layouts from scratch.

Result

Checkout completion rate improved by 38%. Mobile orders — previously almost zero — grew to account for over a third of monthly revenue within 90 days.

Problem

Marketing site loading at 7+ seconds. All three Core Web Vitals failing. The client was invisible in search and visitors were bouncing before the page even finished loading.

Approach

Full performance audit — identified render-blocking scripts, uncompressed images, and plugin bloat. Fixed each issue systematically without touching the design or content.

Result

Lighthouse score went from 34 to 91. Load time dropped to under 1.8s. The client saw improved search rankings and a measurable uptick in form submissions within weeks.
